The Transformational Volunteer Programme (TVP) aims to break down the barriers that people with multiple disadvantage's face when applying and maintaining a job.
The programme is an opportunity for volunteers to form a better understanding of themselves, what their passions are and what motivates them.During this bespoke programme the volunteers will be assigned a keyworker, a generalised coach and an employment coach. The employment coach and key worker will support them after the programme finishes as they take the next steps into employment. The volunteers will work in St Mary’s for a minimum of two hours per week and they will explore different roles within the organisation to help them better understand or realise what type of role they want to be in moving forward.
