Are you empathetic, non-judgmental and a good listener?
Can you spare some time to really help people who find themselves struggling financially?
The role is to work with clients to assist them with their debt or other money problems, including budgeting support, and to agree and implement debt solutions.
Currently the service operates in person on Wednesdays with case work during other times in the week.
This position requires some training and a commitment of two years.
