We're here to help
Our support buddies are here to help you with applications for benefits such as PIP, universal credit and LWCRA. They can help with all manner of administrative tasks like online forms, telephone calls, applications.
They also have access to the citizens advice bureau.
Support Buddies are available between 10:30 – 12:30 on a Tuesday and 1pm – 3pm on a Thursday.
Please contact us to make an appointment.
The service is run by volunteers, and it can take a few weeks before we can make an appointment for you.
